Job Summary
A financial technology firm is in need of a Remote Technical Support Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Provide direct technical support to customers
- Be a subject matter expert for implementing and supporting customers
- Triage product issues, provide workarounds where possible, and identify the root-cause
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3 years of experience doing technical support for a complex API-heavy technology product
- Deep understanding of internet technologies -- API Models, JSON, HTTP, and Postman
- Understanding of financial services infrastructure, financial networks or payment processor structures
- Experience understanding Client / Server architecture
- Hands on experience with logging and monitoring tools / diagnosing issues
- Technical Degree or Equivalent Experience
