Job Summary

A financial technology firm is in need of a Remote Technical Support Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Provide direct technical support to customers
  • Be a subject matter expert for implementing and supporting customers
  • Triage product issues, provide workarounds where possible, and identify the root-cause

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 3 years of experience doing technical support for a complex API-heavy technology product
  • Deep understanding of internet technologies -- API Models, JSON, HTTP, and Postman
  • Understanding of financial services infrastructure, financial networks or payment processor structures
  • Experience understanding Client / Server architecture
  • Hands on experience with logging and monitoring tools / diagnosing issues
  • Technical Degree or Equivalent Experience
