Job Summary

A software as a service company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Support Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing excellent customer service and product support to company customers
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues, taking escalations from Tier 1 Support
  • Writing custom scripts, code samples and integration guides for customer use

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Experience writing code in Ruby, Python, Perl, or other popular programming languages
  • Knowing your way around Unix systems and tools
  • The ability to write about technical subjects clearly and in an engaging style
