Job Summary

A healthcare technology company has an open position for a Remote Technical Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing technical support for the product
  • Surfacing trends to aid in the development/integration of alerting mechanisms
  • Triaging, prioritizing, escalating, and resolving tickets with administrators and developers

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Experience administering and supporting Salesforce applications
  • Experience with SQL (MySQL, Postgres, or similar)
  • Broad technical skills ranging from backend services and databases through the UI
  • Experience in the javascript ecosystem (node.js, nest.js, React, ReactNative, typescript)
