A healthcare technology company has an open position for a Remote Technical Support Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing technical support for the product
- Surfacing trends to aid in the development/integration of alerting mechanisms
- Triaging, prioritizing, escalating, and resolving tickets with administrators and developers
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience administering and supporting Salesforce applications
- Experience with SQL (MySQL, Postgres, or similar)
- Broad technical skills ranging from backend services and databases through the UI
- Experience in the javascript ecosystem (node.js, nest.js, React, ReactNative, typescript)
