A cybersecurity company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Support Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Respond to customer tickets in line with Service Level Agreements
- Identify related incidents and formulate common problem cases
- Perform review and contribute to updating knowledge base articles
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience with logging, forwarding, and load balance systems
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP protocols and routing
- Networking administration experience or certification
