Job Summary

A financial institution has a current position open for a Remote Technical Support Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Operating with a sense of urgency
  • Doing delivery and troubleshooting

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business, technical field or similar.
  • 3-6 years of experience in the delivery and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Agile / SCRUM teams, providing technical scoping and write ups
  • Excels in working cross-functionally
  • Experience writing JavaScripts and familiarity with at least one of the following: jQuery/HTML/AJAX/API/SDK
