Job Summary

An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Support Engineer Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing front-line support for the customer
  • Resolving issues, answering questions, and troubleshooting
  • Managing and prioritizing this queue, handling both existing and new issues

Qualifications Include:

  • Willingness to travel occasionally when the need arises (<10%)
  • 1+ years of experience in customer and/or technical support roles
  • Previous demonstrated experience in one or more of the following technical domains
  • Expertise in supporting complex Enterprise software solutions
  • Ability to type 30+ WPM and multi-task effectively while working on customer issues
  • Technical or support certifications such as HDI, ITIL, MCSA: SQL or Oracle SQL Expert
