Job Summary
A security technology company is seeking a Remote Technical Support Engineer II.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as primary support liaison between company and customer
- Providing excellent technical and customer service; strong communication skills are required
- Working directly with the back line and development teams (as needed) to resolve complex issues and provide input for product direction
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 4-year degree in IS or IT, or equivalent experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Understanding of Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP)
- CSM knowledge and experience is highly desirable
