Job Summary

A security technology company is seeking a Remote Technical Support Engineer II.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Serving as primary support liaison between company and customer
  • Providing excellent technical and customer service; strong communication skills are required
  • Working directly with the back line and development teams (as needed) to resolve complex issues and provide input for product direction

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 4-year degree in IS or IT, or equivalent experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Understanding of Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP)
  • CSM knowledge and experience is highly desirable
