Position Requirements Include:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or related technology field
- 3+ years experience in technical customer support
- Project management experience
- Ability to identify, prioritize, and solve problems in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Experience managing process, procedures, and day-to-day activity of help desk software
- Experience working directly with technical customers and teammates
