Job Summary
An open source security and license compliance management platform company is filling a position for a Remote Technical Support Engineer in Boston.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing support services to customers and prospects
- Troubleshooting, reproducing and devising workarounds for customer issues
- Working closely with other departments (R&D, Product Management, and QA) to resolve issues
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Technical Support or a customer facing technical role
- Experience working with different operating systems (Windows/Linux/Unix)
- Experience with programming environments (e.g. Java, JavaScript, Python, Go, C#, Ruby, C++)
- Experience working with SaaS environments (AWS, MS Azure) as well as on-premise
