Job Summary
A neurodegenerative diseases treatment company has a current position open for a Remote Technical Support Engineer in New York City.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Resolve network issues, configure operating systems and use remote desktop connections
- Track computer system issues through to resolution
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
