Job Summary

A manufacturing company has a current position open for a Remote Technical Support Engineer in Orlando.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting in the creation of technical and application notes
  • Working with customers to diagnose and resolve technical issues, questions and concerns
  • Working effectively with the sales and technical teams as required to ensure issue resolutions are provided quickly

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Strong knowledge of database architectures and methodologies
  • Windows 10, Server 2008 to current
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Technology degree OR 4 YOE in lieu of degree
  • 4 years of experience in basic network and firewall setup and troubleshooting network communication issues
  • 4 years of experience in VM Environments and Microsoft Clustering
  • 4 years of experience in PC configuration and troubleshooting with the Windows operating system
