A company that provides application programming interfaces is filling a position for a Remote Technical Support Engineering Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Train, onboard, and manage new support engineers
  • Track and report on European team performance
  • Organize and project manage certain support team initiatives

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in B2B Saas support
  • 2+ years experience managing support agents
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
  • You love writing and debugging code to get things done
  • You've used APIs to build applications and/or query data
