Job Summary
A communications technology company has an open position for a Remote Technical Support Escalation Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Accurately prioritizing and categorizing support requests
- Ensuring all requests are tracked and maintained accurately
- Helping to define and improve the escalation protocol
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years’ experience providing technical support for a technology company
- Must be able to quickly learn and understand new ideas and concepts
- University degree and three years of technical support experience OR equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of Video Surveillance concepts and terminology
- Excellent knowledge of networking principles and IP communication
- Excellent knowledge of Access Control products
