Job Summary

A communications technology company has an open position for a Remote Technical Support Escalation Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Accurately prioritizing and categorizing support requests
  • Ensuring all requests are tracked and maintained accurately
  • Helping to define and improve the escalation protocol

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 5+ years’ experience providing technical support for a technology company
  • Must be able to quickly learn and understand new ideas and concepts
  • University degree and three years of technical support experience OR equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of Video Surveillance concepts and terminology
  • Excellent knowledge of networking principles and IP communication
  • Excellent knowledge of Access Control products
