Job Summary
A financial services industry technology company is seeking a Remote Technical Support Financial Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Prepare detailed specifications from which application and system alerts can be written to help isolate production issues
- Determine specific coding issues prior to escalating to Development
- Diagnose and resolve critical production issues impacting clients
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years of experience in application support
- 10+ of experience with web technologies
- Experience working in a production environment
- Good understanding of networking technologies
- Ability to assess and prioritize incoming requests quickly and efficiently
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
