Job Summary

A systems integration company has an open position for a Remote Technical Support Helpdesk Associate.

Must be able to:

  • Respond to customer technical problems/issues related to hardware, software and networking via e-mail and phone
  • Identify and provide input on unique or recurring customer problems
  • Resolve complex issues forwarded by technicians or peers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 1+ year in customer service role
  • Call Center Experience is preferred
  • Technical Support Experience is preferred
  • Exposure to troubleshooting Windows is ideal
  • Previous experience troubleshooting desktop, printer and notebook issues is helpful
