Job Summary
A systems integration company has an open position for a Remote Technical Support Helpdesk Associate.
Must be able to:
- Respond to customer technical problems/issues related to hardware, software and networking via e-mail and phone
- Identify and provide input on unique or recurring customer problems
- Resolve complex issues forwarded by technicians or peers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1+ year in customer service role
- Call Center Experience is preferred
- Technical Support Experience is preferred
- Exposure to troubleshooting Windows is ideal
- Previous experience troubleshooting desktop, printer and notebook issues is helpful
