Job Summary
An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Support Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage the hiring, development, and retention of technical support engineers
- Ensure adherence to response-time and response-quality SLAs
- Implement, maintain, and enhance escalation processes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 6+ years management experience in technical support for a technology company
- Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise level, mission-critical applications
- Experience managing technical support operations in a distributed environment
