Job Summary

A security company is in need of a Remote Technical Support Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Driving the team to deliver timely, high quality technical resolutions to customer submitted issues
  • Developing, implementing and monitoring support processes
  • Serving as an escalation point for customer issues

Position Requirements Include:

  • BS in Computer Science or related degree
  • Minimum of 5 years experience managing a Technical Support team
  • Minimum of 10 years in a technical position such as software development, or technical support
  • Experience with a support ticketing system such as Salesforce
  • Experience managing a technical Support team supporting enterprise grade software
  • Experience performing technical troubleshooting of enterprise grade software
