Job Summary
A security company is in need of a Remote Technical Support Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Driving the team to deliver timely, high quality technical resolutions to customer submitted issues
- Developing, implementing and monitoring support processes
- Serving as an escalation point for customer issues
Position Requirements Include:
- BS in Computer Science or related degree
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing a Technical Support team
- Minimum of 10 years in a technical position such as software development, or technical support
- Experience with a support ticketing system such as Salesforce
- Experience managing a technical Support team supporting enterprise grade software
- Experience performing technical troubleshooting of enterprise grade software
