A technology company is in need of a Remote Technical Support Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Delivering global support services to customers, service delivery partners, and internal teams
- Delivering a differentiated and consistent support experience across a multi-tier support framework
- Leading and developing a strong, motivated team of support professionals
Position Requirements Include:
- 10+ years in the Customer Service industry
- 3+ years' successful experience as a Support leader
- Experience in modernizing a Support group
- Experience in utilizing knowledge management
- Strong client management skills with executive-level communication experience
