A technology company is in need of a Remote Technical Support Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Delivering global support services to customers, service delivery partners, and internal teams
  • Delivering a differentiated and consistent support experience across a multi-tier support framework
  • Leading and developing a strong, motivated team of support professionals

Position Requirements Include:

  • 10+ years in the Customer Service industry
  • 3+ years' successful experience as a Support leader
  • Experience in modernizing a Support group
  • Experience in utilizing knowledge management
  • Strong client management skills with executive-level communication experience
