Job Summary
A software company specializing in grocery point of sale (POS) solutions is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Support Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Inspire and develop a team of 5 support technicians
- Implement Processes to ensure Service Level Agreements are being exceeded
- Oversee documentation creation and get to 10% of tickets being deflected by knowledgebase articles
