  • Tracking and analyzing daily support case data
  • Working with Product Development to ensure customer feedback

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 3+ years experience in technical support or operations role in software or a similar industry
  • Familiarity with configuring Amazon Web Services
  • 1+ years experience leading support or operational teams
  • Familiarity with networking principles
  • Functional knowledge of SQL, Python, and Bash
  • Understand Application and Network Architectures
