Job Summary

A software development company has an open position for a Remote Technical Support Manager in Chicago.

Must be able to:

  • Build a support team from the ground up
  • Manage a support team to ensure proactive and timely resolution of issues
  • Manage team members to ensure they are delivering high quality experiences to our customers

Qualifications Include:

  • 7+ years of customer support experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing/leading support employees
  • Experience managing teams in a 24x7 environment
  • Understanding of large scale software & system architecture
  • Experience with team member management, growth and development and employee HR duties
  • Able to communicate technical issues with technical & non-technical stakeholders
