Job Summary
An information technology services company is filling a position for a Remote Technical Support Professional.
Must be able to:
- Answering inbound calls and emails
- Troubleshooting issues through to resolution
- Providing accurate documentation for all called incidents
Position Requirements Include:
- A general background in desktop support and network communications
- Comfortable with Windows O/S, Linux, Office, Exchange, SQL
- Strong customer service experience and Strong communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and research skills with the ability to take ownership of a problem
- Ability to support customers with various knowledge levels
- Type 35+ wpm
