Job Summary
A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Technical Support Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Interacting with customers in response to inquiries
- Gathering customer/product information and determine the issue
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- Must provide phone and internet services and quiet work environment
- Minimum 6 months call center experience
- Experience with mobile devices (mp3 players, tablets, smartphones)
- Ability to speak and type clearly and accurately, using proper grammar
- Ability to multitask between customer calls and logging of case notes
