Job Summary
An online marketplace for kids' activities is seeking a Remote Technical Support Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review and optimize self-service customer listings
- Support customers by providing excellent service via phone and/or e-mail contacts
- Update listings for full-service customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Skilled with web-based applications and troubleshooting customer issues
- Experience in account management, technical support or sales
- Skilled at copy editing and photo editing to help make each listing look its best
- Must be able to work 9am - 5pm Pacific Time
