Job Summary

An online marketplace for kids' activities is seeking a Remote Technical Support Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Review and optimize self-service customer listings
  • Support customers by providing excellent service via phone and/or e-mail contacts
  • Update listings for full-service customers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Skilled with web-based applications and troubleshooting customer issues
  • Experience in account management, technical support or sales
  • Skilled at copy editing and photo editing to help make each listing look its best
  • Must be able to work 9am - 5pm Pacific Time
