Job Summary
A web hosting company has an open position for a Remote Technical Support Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Troubleshooting a variety of technical and non-technical issues customers are having
- Providing front line support via live chat and telephones
- Providing technical support for level one escalation issues via helpdesk

- Experience with documenting procedures
- Ability to multitask and meet specific goals set by supervisors and management
