A government and commercial technology services provider is seeking a Remote Technical Support Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Document all relevant details from the initial report of an issue, through troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution
- Manage support requests and customer expectations
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex customer issues
Qualifications for this position include:
- Two years experience in installing, configuring, administering, and troubleshooting relevant application servers
- Four year college degree in a related technical area or equivalent work experience
- Familiarity with operating system - Windows Server 2008, 2012 and 2016
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2008, 2012 and 2016
