A contact center and outsourced customer management solutions company has a current position open for a Remote Technical Support Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Respond to customer requests; replicate & troubleshoot any issues
  • Effectively explain technical information to users of all levels
  • Find ways for customers to get the most out of their wireless network
