A software development company has a current position open for a Remote Technical Support Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:

- Jumping on the phone or facetime with customers having technical issues

Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years of Customer Support and/or Technical Support experience
- Tech-savvy with the ability to comprehend complex customer issues
- Expert communication skills, particularly over the phone
