Job Summary

A digital insurance claims company has a current position open for a Remote Technical Support Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Provide level one troubleshooting and resolution to product database issues related to software
  • Accurately assess the customer's product issue
  • Research customer problems/issues to increase personal knowledge and familiarity with the supported product

Qualifications Include:

  • High School Degree or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Knowledge and experience with troubleshooting of Windows Operating systems
  • Ability to install and troubleshoot software
  • Proficiency in XML editing
