Job Summary
A technology solutions and support company has a current position open for a Remote Technical Support Representative.
Must be able to:
- Provide level one and two troubleshooting
- Provide appropriate personnel a precise understanding of customer's issues
- Participate in training programs to continuously improve product knowledge, service skills, and team collaboration
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial institution or technical support role
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Problem solving skills
