A marketing analytics company has a current position open for a Remote Technical Support Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs
- Providing answers to any client questions or issues with products or services
- Building lasting relationships with users and other team members based on trust and reliability
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, and professional phone voice
- Understanding of company products, services, and policies
- Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills
