Job Summary

A digital insurance claims company is seeking a Remote Technical Support Representative I.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Handle front line inbound telephone calls and written or internet-based inquiries from customers
  • Deliver professional and top-quality customer service to all customers
  • Provide technical support to internal and external clients

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High School Degree or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of help desk or technical support experience preferred
  • College or technical degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Knowledge of Windows Operating systems
  • Knowledge of SQL
