A telecommunications company is seeking a Remote Technical Support Representative I.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers and installers
  • Providing operation troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation support
  • Promoting and maintaining positive customer relations

Required Skills:

  • Customer service or troubleshooting experience in a call center or office (minimum of 12 months)
  • Computer literacy in various applications including e-mail, and MS Office Suite
  • Proven excellent attendance history in your previous employment
