Job Summary
An omnichannel customer experience management and business process outsourcing company is in need of a Remote Technical Support Representative in Boise.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries
- Providing excellent customer service through active listening on every interaction
- Troubleshooting mobile technology, equipment and system problems
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 6 months call center and/or tech support experience
- Ability to type efficiently
- High School Graduate or GED
- Ability to listen to and understand callers’ concerns
- Ability to remain calm
- Proven oral & written communication skills
