Job Summary
A staffing company is filling a position for a Remote Technical Support Representative in Breckenridge.
Must be able to:
- Interact with customers in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Determine the customer's issue by analyzing the symptoms
- Participate in frequent 1:1/classroom video coaching sessions with leadership
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma
- 6 months call center experience
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must provide phone and internet services and quiet work environment
- Must be 18 years or older
