Job Summary

A staffing company has a current position open for a Remote Technical Support Representative in Idaho Falls.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Interacting with customers in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests
• Gathering customer/product information
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues involving internet connectivity

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to multitask between customer calls and logging of case notes
• Ability to speak and type clearly and accurately, using proper grammar
• Experience with mobile devices (mp3 players, tablets, smartphones)
• High School Diploma required
• Minimum 6 months call center experience required
