An IT company has an open position for a Remote Technical Support Representative in Pompano Beach.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Placing outbound calls and communicate with energy and enthusiasm to customers
- Answering inbound calls and greeting customers with energy and enthusiasm
- Meeting department productivity and quality standards
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Share Point and Google docs
- Problem solving skills
- Experience in customer service experience in a transaction-based environment
- High school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent required
- Ability to maintain accuracy and production standards
