Job Summary

A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Support Small Business Representative.

Must be able to:

• Walk customers through common phone hardware and software configurations
• Provide solutions and resolution resources for customer repair problems
• Schedule a technician dispatch for on-site service calls when necessary

Required Skills:

• Requires customer contact and the ability to effectively communicate over the phone
• Must be a consistently flexible, independent, self-motivated problem solver
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a Microsoft Windows environment
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime is required
