Job Summary

An information technology company has an open position for a Remote Technical Support Specialist 1.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Serveingas the primary point of contact for all Members
  • Answering inbound phone calls
  • Responding to a variety of technical and non-technical inquiries

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2 years experience in a fast-paced call center or customer service environment or equivalent degree & experience
  • Technical aptitude and proven ability to use web browser, web applications, and other forms of technology
  • Ability to navigate multiple web applications simultaneously
  • proficient with online meeting software and web conferencing tools
