Job Summary
An information technology company has an open position for a Remote Technical Support Specialist 1.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serveingas the primary point of contact for all Members
- Answering inbound phone calls
- Responding to a variety of technical and non-technical inquiries
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2 years experience in a fast-paced call center or customer service environment or equivalent degree & experience
- Technical aptitude and proven ability to use web browser, web applications, and other forms of technology
- Ability to navigate multiple web applications simultaneously
- proficient with online meeting software and web conferencing tools
