Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Technical Customer Service Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and resolve issues related to SSL, servers, and relational databases
- Perform routine call center activities concerning business products and services
- Gather information to maintain customer profiles and accounts while providing exceptional service
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of customer service work experience
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the U.S. without requiring a visa transfer or sponsorship
- Knowledge of desktop and portable devices, relational databases, SSL, and/or servers
- Typing speed of 30 WPM or higher
