- Assist customers with alarm system and home automation issues via inbound phone calls
- Troubleshoot technical issues using guided workflows to resolve customer problems

Qualifications/Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience required
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Technical experience is a plus but not required
