Job Summary

A sales platform is in need of a Remote Technical Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Consulting with entrepreneurs across various industries to capture their business problems
  • Performing issue identification, communication, and resolution for moderately complex issues
  • Engaging with customers in a way that thoughtfully changes their perception of what is possible

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Knowledge of Marketing Automation services like Aweber, GetResponse, Infusionsoft, Ontraport, etc
  • Good understanding of domain registration and DNS management processes
  • Basic knowledge HTML, CSS, JS, and/or WordPress experience an asset
  • Good understanding of support process and infrastructure
