Job Summary

An education software and technology company is in need of a Remote Technical Support Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Participate in root cause analysis
  • Promptly resolve student and faculty issues.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate solutions

Qualifications Include:

  • 2 – 3 years experience in customer support, technical support or related field
  • Familiarity with Apple and Microsoft Operating Systems
  • Ability to work evening and weekend hours to support students at peak times
