Job Summary
A telecommunications company has a current position open for a Remote Technical Support Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensure that customers have the best possible experience
- Work directly with Customer Success, Engineering and Product Management
Position Requirements Include:
- 3-6 years work experience, with at least one promotion at current company
- Intermediate knowledge of web technologies, such as HTML/CSS/Javascript
- Intermediate knowledge of a scripting language such as Python, PHP or Java
