A web development company is in need of a Remote Technical Support Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Answer technical support questions
  • Troubleshoot issues
  • Create detailed bug reports

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Solid HTML and CSS knowledge
  • Understanding of code and ability to learn new languages
  • Ability to use browser developer tools to diagnose and debug a problem
  • Reasonably fast computer and a reliable high­speed internet connection
  • Ability to think analytically to come up with logical solutions
