Job Summary

A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Support Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing IIS, web sites, research, and troubleshooting custom software applications
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Using SQL statements to research issues

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent education and experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Technical Support or an IT position
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Windows server 2012 and 2016
