Job Summary

A web hosting company has an open position for a Remote Technical Support Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Ensure migrations are completed successfully
  • Solve web technology issues using email or live chat
  • Review email logs and determine why an error is happening

Required Skills:

  • Advanced cPanel web hosting and server administration experience
  • Knowledge of cPanel based migrations at scale
  • Ability to work on migrating cPanel based customers from other companies at scale
  • Ability to install, configure, maintain and solve errors for content management systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot why a website is slow or not loading
