Job Summary

An IT company has a current position open for a Remote Technical Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Supporting problem and change tickets for client servers
  • Working to standardize repeatable tasks and steps across multiple accounts within a team
  • Determining problem and implementing changes to hardware and/or software

Required Skills:

  • At least 5 years experience in Systems Administration
  • Associate's Degree/College Diploma
  • 5 years experience in at least one or more of the following: installing, troubleshooting, operating,etc
