Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's in a technical field or 3-5 years related experience and/or training
  • 1- 3 years of experience in technical support or software application support
  • Ability to ensure Level 1 Support agents are armed with knowledge they need
  • Ability to provide support and assistance to global customer base of educators
