Job Summary
A software developer has an open position for a Remote Technical Support Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Create and improve content and help docs in knowledge base, tutorials, developer docs
- Provide screen-sharing/debugging Concierge Integration sessions to customers
- Provide real-time customer support via live chat and email
Qualifications for this position include:
- A well-rounded technical proficiency
- Previous experience in a B2B technical- or customer-support role at a SaaS company
- Familiarity with APIs, HTML/CSS, Javascript and experience in troubleshooting
- Experience with live chat support and ticketing system
